Why Does Fatima Stand Alone?

Like other apparitions, Fatima warns we are drifting from Jesus. Unlike them, it asks for a Consecration, a letter to the Pope and a final plan.

Like most other apparitions, it complains that we are drifting away from JESUS.
But, unlike other apparitions, it completely changes the format.
Our Lady asks for a Consecration.
Our Lady writes a letter to the Pope.
Our Lady gives Her final plan.
